Most people seem to be happy with her choice of a lemony Carolina Herrera with vertical beading, but it just falls flat for me. I love that she picked a dress designed by a fellow Latina, but Herrera makes so many beautiful dresses (not to mention her vintage stuff) every season that I would have preferred to see Vergara in something a little bit more unusual or flattering. From the side, the dress seemed to be a bit big at the top, even though it’s possible that the crumb-catcher effect was intentional. But when it’s Sofia Vergara, who’s looking at the dress anyway?
